I loved staying at this hotel! The location in front of the beautiful Yasaka shrine was perfect, and there was a bus station nearby for easy transportation. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities, including the breakfast, were impressive.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an incredible stay at a serene, convenient location near a stunning shrine. The room was spacious, with a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The bathroom facilities were top-notch, and the service was extremely welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, and the public bath had an amazing view. The hotel was also near a bus station, making travel easy.
The bath was not available in the morning, which was a disappointment.

The hotel I stayed at during my city break was fantastic! the location was perfect, situated within a safe and picturesque environment. the staff were super friendly, always willing to help me out and accommodate my needs. they offered a delicious breakfast which included various options, and the quality of the facilities was exceptional.
There were only a couple of minor downsides to my stay. The first being that the morning announcement was quite loud and could be a bit of a rude awakening if you don't enjoy an early start.

Great location, spacious rooms, helpful staff, beautiful view of Chio-in, excellent breakfast and dinner, enjoyable morning temple ceremony.
No negatives.

Spent New Year at a gorgeous traditional establishment. the impeccable service gave us a stress-free experience. the hot springs really helped us keep warm during the cold weather. the facilities were very clean and tidy, and the view of the city from the lobby was breathtaking. Location wise, it was just a short walk to major sights and restaurants. What we enjoyed the most was the traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner that were prepared lovingly by the staff.
For those who plan to stay out late, be mindful of the curfew time, as doors close early. the morning prayers could be loud and might wake you up earlier than planned, so remember to tune it down.
